June 23 - Women's clothing retailer Chico's FAS Inc appointed Pamela Knous as chief financial officer.

Knous replaces Kent Kleeberger, who became the company's chief operating officer in March.

Knous was previously chief financial officer of Supervalu Inc from 1997 to 2010.

Shares of the Fort Myers, Florida-based company closed at $14.60 on Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
