Liu Jo launches in Austria

Liu Jo is making its debut in Austria. The premium brand opened its first standalone boutique in Vienna on 1 August, marking another step in its international expansion. The DACH region is particularly important in this strategy.


The boutique opened earlier this month - LIU JO


The goal is to strengthen the brand’s positioning, paying special attention to where it opens stores and working together with strong retail partners, said the Italian fashion house.

The new store in Vienna benefits from a prime location in central Vienna at 7-9 Brandstätte. The single-storey boutique spreads over 186 square metres and is framed by eight shop windows.

It features the revamped Curiosity Refresh retail concept, which aims to put the collection at the centre of the experience.

The use of design elements reminiscent of the early twentieth century gives the space the effect of an Italian sitting room.

There are two distinct areas within the store, one dedicated to the brand’s Gold Label, Black Label and Accessories lines, and another for the Blue Denim, White Label, Knitwear and Sport collections. Connecting both areas is the Shoes collection.

Liu Jo was founded in 1995 in Carpi, the capital of Italian knitwear and clothing industry.

The brand is now present in 50 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia through more than 400 standalone stores and 5,000 multi-brand retailers.
