London Fashion Week confirms September dates

The British Fashion Council has announced that London Fashion Week September will run from 17- 22 September with a combination of digital activations and physical events.

The biannual showcase will feature both womenswear and menswear in a gender-neutral proposition that builds on the BFC’s digital-only June showcase.

The newly relaunched Londonfashionweek.co.uk digital platform will continue to host “exclusive multimedia content” from leading designer brands. And all content will be available to both a consumer and trade audience, further expanding London Fashion Week’s direct-to-consumer focus.

A provisional schedule will be announced later in the summer.

Milan Fashion Week is also expected to go ahead as a physical event this September, as well as Paris Fashion Week. A return date for New York Fashion Week is a little more uncertain, with the CFDA saying it is “currently reviewing all upcoming important dates”.
